Return Policy
At Abrasive Kindness, we stand by our products and your satisfaction. Our no-bullshit return policy gives you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging.
- You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or just plain wrong, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right—no bullshit, just solutions.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
No returns accepted on sale items or gift cards. No exceptions.
Exchange
Want to swap your purchase? No problem. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once we accept the return, make a separate purchase for the new item. If the exchange is because you changed your mind, you'll need to cover the shipping cost to return the item and get a new one. If there's an issue with your order, we'll cover the shipping. No bullshit, just straightforward exchanges.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you’re in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If it’s a go, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
