Start here

This planner isn’t here to coddle you. It’s here to get you moving toward the best version of yourself without the fluff, corporate vibes, or girly nonsense. Here’s how it works, step by step:

Start Strong: Know Yourself

Begin with the Exercises: The first few pages are all about figuring out "Who the fuck you are" and what are your values. Stop losing your time chasing goals that aren’t yours and then wondering why things are not working for you. These exercises help you set goals that align with YOU, not what others expect.

Pick Your journey: Choose a 30-day challenge or dive into goal setting.

Tip: Do the setting exercises first, they’ll make everything clearer and help you to bring clarity.

Goal-Setting: Break It Down

Main Goal: Write it down using the prompts at the start of the planner. Think big, AND achievable, then chop it into smaller pieces.

Weekly Goals: Every week, set a goal that gets you closer to your main one. This keeps you focused.

Daily Tasks: Each day, choose up to 3 actions related to your weekly goal. Got a crazy day? Pick 2. No time at all? Pick 1.

Done is better than perfect!

Track and Adjust

Weekly: Count how many of your 21 possible tasks (3 per day) you actually did. Write that number in the spot marked “21.” No judgment, just facts.

Monthly: At the end of the month, evaluate what worked, what didn’t, and what needs adjusting. No bullshit, just truth.

30-Day Challenges: Keep It Simple

Choose Wisely: Pick a challenge that speaks to you. There’s a small exercise at the start to set yourself up for success.

Track Daily: At the end of each day, check if you did the challenge. That’s it. No extra bullshit to fill out.

Weekly Check-In: Count how many days out of 7 you stuck to it. Write it down in the spot marked “7.”

Monthly Review: Reflect on how the challenge helped you grow. Try to keep it going in the next month, and add a new one!

Undated for a Reason

No Excuses: Start anytime. Right now is better than any other day. Write the month at the top, the date in the square, and get going.

Simple by Design: This isn’t your part-time job. It’s a tool to keep you accountable without drowning in busywork.

This planner is bold, gritty, and kind. It’s built to boost you, no fucking excuses allowed. So grab a pen and start, your true self is waiting.
